Car set the C Gas Coupe record at 217.270 mph in 1990. This car was one of the earliest salt cars to incorporate electronic fuel injection. The 369 cubic inch small block Chevy used an adapted inline Hilborn 4-port throttle body with a TPS switch attached to the front of it. The ECM was a EFI Technologies unit formerly used on a Pontiac Fiero Daytona prototype car. The record stood for eleven years.
